Solution
Relocated sectors 310 (hex 136) and huge amount of pending sectors 65523 (hex fff3).

You can fix pending sectors with mhdd (scan with relocate on).

After pending sectors are fixed, then you can determine viability of your drive. If relocated sectors current value drops below threshold value, then drive is considered failed and it's recommended to replace it.

Solution
The drive in question has seen use of 11,400 hours, equal to 3.5+ years of 8 hours per day use...

Once most spinning drives start throwing such errors, it's best to just skip forward to the current 15 year old fad of using an SSD.. :) (If for bulk/infrequently needed storage, spinning drives still have plenty of years left on them, find a non-SMR drive))
