This is my graphic card:

It is msi duke gtx 1080 ti Oc, so because of great price I got 2 for 900$, so not talking about that. The situation that I one to point out is when I play BF1 my fps is very low compare to other youtuber's video expectation on the game like 60-95 fps on average all map in bf 1, Sometime, it also go down to 40fps on 1080p ultra 240hz monitior . I tried every possible solution it can to meet that requirement but I can't have it run as I would like it to be. Like for example: scale 100%, change all nvidia control panel to max performance( it make it's worse), max performance on power plan, dx 12 disable, TAA and other turn off ( make no difference what so ever), changing ram speed to 3000mhz ( but my Ram limit is just 2700mhz so I set it like that like 5-10fps boost, overclock my gpu to 100 power limit and gpu stay at 4.7ghz ( I7 8700k), turn on phyx, changing gpu driver to old one (make it worse so but back to the lastest one), window 10 version 1803 newest one ( I think this one is the culprit b/c I didnt check it and don't know how to degrade the window 10 , I think it maybe harm some of my hardware)

My spec:
I7 8700k (4.7ghz over clock)
Gtx 1080 ti sli msi duke oc ( but I just disable the sli so it just single graphic card)
MOBO z370e Asus gaming ( version 2017 bios)
850 evga 80+gold
Crucial 16GB Kit (8GBx2) DDR4 PC4-19200 Unbuffered NON-ECC 1.2V 1024Meg x 64 (https://www.synergydeals.com/products/crucial-16gb-kit-8gbx2-ddr4-pc4-19200-unbuffered-non-ecc-1-2v-1024meg-x-64?gclid=Cj0KCQjwjbveBRDVARIsAKxH7vnmCRYXHHa4SIow5xvDu0xXL6mXFd7KvYfHc-REkvVeUsNr4zUGaCYaAkpDEALw_wcB)
Samsung evo 970 250 gb
Viewsonic XG 240 hz 1928 x 1080 resolution free sync

-basically gtx 1080 ti, i7 8700k 4.7ghz ultra bf1 on resolution of 1928 x 1080 with a 240hz monitior just peek around not over 100fps => weird-
Bitwit he even overclock and got around 160 fps on gtx 1080 ti and I can't even peek at 100 fps what the hell !!!!! ( sidenote: my English is bad so plz don't judge me, I still learning , thx you)

Have you tried disconnecting the second GTx 1080 Ti, just running one card?
Have you researched whether Battlefield 1 runs better with or without sli?
If you google it, looks like many others who've tried 1080 Ti's in SLI have problems getting hgh FPS on Battlefield 1 (judging just by a very casual / quick search, I don't really have expertise here myself).

Thx you for your concern, but I already disconnected sli in Nvidia control panel but if I actually put it out the PC didn't recognize my graphic card for some reason, so I think one of my card is broken, so I check each one single card but they have the same result. I think it mostly about the hardware not the part!!

Yeah all my driver and window are up to date and I already check my graphic card there are no problem at all, I think. Bc I don't know how to check it I just know both of them working and being recognized by devices manager. So I think it one of the window or something else that I didn't do in first place
