Mind running these tests at 1080P and/or 1440P using a single GTX 780?

my system spec:
i5-4670k OC'd too 4.2 ghz liquid cooling
AMD 7950 with newest beta drivers

I use the in game fps counter. Heavy action I get 100% cpu and gpu usage
when playing on high settings everything runs perfect >60 fps
when playing on ultra i get dips too around 45 fps in heavy action areas on 64 player maps.
on a side note when i OC my video card i get the occasional direct x crash, though this never happened on other games.. anyone know what I can do about that? Currently I can run it at 1150 and 10% power on other games and stress tests no problems.. even when I crank it up to 20% power and say 1100 on bf4 it crashes sometimes. Temperatures are not an issue, even when cranking the power too 20%.

Just checking. Far too often on here you see people wanting to run a 7970 or something on a 300w OEM power supply. I would probably wait for the new, non rebadged, AMD cards to come out and see how it affects pricing.

GTX 660? GTX 760 would have been a better card to review on this one...

Im playing at 1280x720

Well its a shame that 30FPS will be laggy as hell.

makes sense, my hands do get itchy though :/ i wish the r9 290 will be at the $400 price point

You stated on page 7 that the HD 7790 and the HD 7770 both stuttered but your graph disputes this by placing the HD 7770 in a better position than the GTX 660 and the HD 7870. Should the HD 7870 and HD 7770 be in different places on the graph?

I don't know why nVidia's cards look so good in Tom's review. Have a look at other site

The truth is a 690 always below 7990, not like in this article.

"After logging hours of play time in Battlefield 4 Beta using both the Radeon R9 280X and GeForce GTX 770, the AMD Radeon R9 280X appears to deliver a far superior gaming experience compared to the NVIDIA GeForce 770 GTX no matter what the framerate graphs show."

M.I.A (mantle in action) ?

I will be testing this today on my system but running a more stable OC of 4.77 and my 7970 @ 1250/1600 to see if windows 7 vs 8.1 helps any. I was on last night and tons of people were saying they tried it and got a 10 fps boost
.
I'm going to dual boot 8.1 preview and windows 7.
