Question Beelink SER9 AI Mini PC for me?

so im looking to get a new pc. currently have a i7-9700k, 16GB, 2080TI , win10. i used to be a big PC gamer, but for medical reasons, i can no longer game. (few point and click games i can, but that's not important) the stuff i do now is mostly CPU heavy. i was looking at getting the Beelink SER9 AI Mini PC. do you think that would be a good choice?
it looks to check all the boxes i want.
im not looking to drop another $3k on a gaming PC, when im not capable of gaming anymore .
