BenQ RL2455HMN HDMI no signal Second Monitor, Win 7

I just installed windows 7, have had this monitor working fine for years before this. The second monitor flashed on and off a few times and then went to no signal. So I tried changing the ports both to a different port on my GTX 970, and on my second GTX 970. Then tried a different cable, still same result. Same with motherboard outputs. Changing port on the monitor didn't help either. My first monitor is the same model of monitor and works just fine. Anyone know why it might not be working?

Just tested, works fine on windows 10. Still need to get it working on win 7.

what did you do in win10 that does not work in win7?
