Im choosing the parts for new build .My specs will be probally i9 9900k rtx 2080 ti or super (didnt decide which is better bang for the buck).
If you're pushing for 240hz constant gameplay, you're not looking for bang for buck.
Cpu: 10600K, overclock it to the moon.
Memory: dual channel, 3600mhz or higher - within what you're comfortable with spending, at least.
Cpu cooler(air): Thermalright Le Grand Macho RT, Cryorig R1 Universal, Noctua NH-U12A, Scythe FUMA 2...
Cpu cooler(AIO): 240, 280, or 360mm
Motherboard: a decent Z series is going to cost around 200USD or more
Gpu: if you can afford a 2080Ti, you may as well get a 2080Ti.
