Recently I've wanted to build a new PC to replace my old one since I want an upgrade, the thing is that so far I want to go with a i7 14700k and since they tend to run a bit on the hotter side, I'm guessing an aio, more so a 360mm one, would be the better option to keep it cooled. This is my first time diving into aio's and don't really know much of them and it seems a bit overwhelming trying to pick one with trying to find one that fits and has good cooling. Any suggestions for one around the $140-ish price range? I plan on mainly gaming at 1440p at 165+ fps and also do photo and video editing on it. (Would prefer one that has RGB so it can be more customizable and combine with colors)

Build I have planned so far:
CPU: i7 14700k
MOBO: gigabyte z790 Eagle AX
GPU: Zotac twin edge rtx 4070 ti
Case: montech sky two ATX mid tower or Lian Li lancool 216 (any other suggestions are welcomed also)
Ram: 32gb 6000mhz Corsair vengeance RGB
PSU: EVGA 850w BQ 80+ Bronze semi modular
SSD: WD blue 2 tb m.2

If you're not going to be using it often for all core workloads you can get a good dual tower air cooler that will do the job (Thermalright Phantom Spirit is my current favorite due to price vs performance).

Here's the latest AIO review from TPU which can give you some ideas as to the performance (gaming maximum load on Intel tends to be around 150W): https://www.techpowerup.com/review/lian-li-hydroshift-lcd-360s-aio-liquid-cpu-cooler/7.html

You should probably consider getting a better power supply and this is a very good resource: https://hwbusters.com/best_picks/best-atxv3-pcie5-ready-psus-picks-hardware-busters/
