I am planning to either get a R9 390 since my XFX Radeon HD 7850 2GB just died a couple days ago.
So I am not sure which brand I want to go with. the XFX card is going for about $280 right now on newegg, and is the cheapest one.
I was considering getting the Power Color since it has 3 fans, but I heard its extremely loud and noisy so.
Any reason I should consider getting a different ones? Considering the fact that I live in Southern California and my house doesn't have AC in the summer, so ambient temperatures might be up to around 114 Fahrenheit. So cooler noise factor is a pretty big issue for me along with cooling ability.
