Well you didn't really specify which model PSU it is, but It's likely that it'll work fine since plenty of RX 560's and GTX 1050 (Ti's) don't even need a PCIe connector from the PSU to run. You just plug them into the PCIe slot and they work, but pay attention if this is the case for the GPU you're buying.

If you can, get the GTX 1050 Ti. That's the best performer below 20K INR. Otherwise you have to look at either the RX 560 and GTX 1050 which are really similar to each other in performance.
Radeon is the way to go got an i5 2400 with a Sapphire Pulse RX560OC4g with a 600 wat psu they are aswome cards for value go as good or better than the 1050 or 1050ti's underrated & a good value card can play most games medium + settings no trouble. I swear by my radeon driver are a better for newer games play Witcher 3 medium/high settings 60fps capped no trouble. Have relive recording built into the AMD software with there wattman OC tool. AMD is great for a budget build if you wanna do the odd bit of recording while gaming or doing other things. Where Nvidia cards need 3rd party software to make them perkulate nicely.

You're spamming wrong information and that is not okay. Looks like you're trying to justify things you've personally bought or something. GTX 1050 Ti leaves the RX 560 no chance in this case.
