Question Best Budget monitor 144hz around 200-250$?

Hey guys, I was thinking of buying a new monitor since I've been using my current monitor for 5 years now (1366x768 res at 60hz). I just bought a new pc!
Specs:
I5-6400
Gtx 1060 6gb dual OC (Asus)
8 gb ram
MSI gigabyte mobo(i forgot model)

And I read that im actually holding back my computer because of this bad monitor 🙁. So any recommendations for monitors 200-250$ price range and at 144hz?
