I'm trying to get more into everything tech related (video editing, streaming, , so I am planning on building a high end pc, high end workstation, unlikely a high end mac (but may if i deem it necessary), a high end server or servers, etc. First, I want to build the high end pc, and i have no budget limit for it, so there's no limit to what i can get, but has to make at least some sense. I'm willing to pay $200 more for the i9 13900KF over the i7 13700 KF if it's worth it and esp if it won't be too behind the next gen. According to userbenchmark, it's a 2% increase in effective speed, but is it worth it? When would it be worth it?

Here i'll post some of the things i am looking at and what i'm thinking:
  1. Don't know what size i should go for, which is more important write speed or read speed UserBenchmark: Samsung 990 Pro NVMe PCIe M.2 vs WD Black SN850X
  2. Secondard storage, should i get a cheaper, but higher capacity ssd(s) or a hdd(s)?
  3. DDR4 or DDR5 ram? (userbenchmark doesn't have any listings of DDR5 for product comparisons, if you have sites that do, please give me a link)
  4. I need to know more of the pros and cons for going intel or amd UserBenchmark: AMD RX 7900-XTX vs Nvidia RTX 4090
  5. UserBenchmark: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X vs Intel Core i9-13900KF
  6. Windows 11 Pro is it worth it?
  7. I'm looking to start streaming, i don't know much about streaming, so really looking forward to what monitors you guys suggest.
  8. Motherboard ( i'm going to be wired, so an onboard wifi won't be necessary, but guess it'd be fine if it happens to include it)
  9. Cooling system, case, power supply, etc. I'll pretty much just go with what you guys suggest more than likely.
Any and all suggestions, advice, criticism, etc. are welcome.

Lastly, for the high end workstation, high end mac, a high end server or servers, etc. if you can link me to anything and/or the costs associated with these that you think would help me out, please do.

Think this is all i have now, i will check back in a few hours if you have any questions. I was also using Choose Your Parts - PCPartPicker, but if there are better sites now, please lmk.

Thank you for any help, criticism, etc.

Yeah i heard the 40 series will likely get price drops because of amd.

I was hoping i would get recommended builds, did i use the wrong section?
Ideally you want a seperate streaming PC via a capture card such as an elgato. This build allows you to stream but it doesn't break the bank if you want to free up money for a second PC to stream with. The second PC used for streaming is normally a cheap build using an Intel 12400 with 32GB of DDR4 3200 and a GT 1660 gpu. The cpu in this build is due for release January 3rd.

In terms of if the i9 13900K is worth it over the 13700K, it's not going to make much difference to your encoding times. It does however give you more room for multi-tasking. Just bare in mind it's a very hot CPU and you will need a powerful cooler to go with it. At least a 360mm AIO would be my recommendation. If you can afford it there is a case for having the top CPU, I would say the 13700K was better value though.

However the 7950X has been reduced in the UK, I would seriously consider that before committing yourself.
