The Phenom series is worse that the Athlon II series. You will want a Phenom II x4-x6 for gaming. For low-med gaming, x2-x3 is good. If I were you, I would get an hd6850 is you want to play new games, and future games all maxed out with that res. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127566&cm_re=hd6850-_-14-127-566-_-Product good card right there. PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341039&cm_re=OCZ_600w-_-17-341-039-_-Product I own that PSU and it is good. OCZ makes pretty solid PSUs and it is 600w. I heard that it can go 700w, but I wouldn't test it.
thx buddy....now as i was going thru reviews of diff cards i spotted something new....i saw people talking around saying the gtx 460 is awesome card and ahead of hd 5770 what do u say ?

u seem like excited huh.... is it worth a deal. cuz i was just browsing around and saw this discussion and all them said gtx 460 is awesome and is ahead of hd 5770 and even hd 5830 .so what do u think i have question how come its faster and good as hd 5770 has 800 stream processors and gtx 460 got around 360 smething...???

ATi/AMD use stream processors which are about half as strong as a CUDA processor which Nvidia uses. Now do that math, the ATi still has more. It is about the architecture of the GPU. I very nice card might have GDDR5 1000Mhz, core 725Mhz, and 900 stream processors and be better than a card with GDDR5 1100Mhz, 850Mhz core, and 950 stream processors. Do you get it? The GTX 460 1GB will beat them both. If you can, get a GTX 460 1GB or a hd6850. 😀

The 5850 is the fastest card mentioned. But i am still reccomending the 6850.The 6850 is a newer card and is meant to replace the 5850/58xx series.Although the 5850 is faster than the 6850 the 6850 will do much better at tessleation which is something newer games have/will have. The thing with the GTX460 is that it has huge overclocking potential making it almost as fast as the 5850.Since you won't be doing any overclocking i would suggest to stay with the 6850.

After looking as this chart i didn't realize until now how close they actually perform.I would defnitly reccomend to you the 6850.

so as i wont be overclocking anytime and want to play the future games too at a good graphics and speed, so i should definitely stick to hd 6850 leaving gtx460 and 5850 ? sorry again but pls give me a final cheapest link to 6850 and card should be a good endurance and lives longer.

Power Color isn't the best.I saw that one and the Saphire when i looked it up and i choose the Saphire because their more reliable.Although i did own a 5570 PowerColor and never had any problems with it i still don't trust them.Saphire is a mainstream name and they always pack their cards/boxes with extra goodies.
