The question to ask is are you going to overclock or not? That makes a world of difference.

If you dont plan to OC there is really no need to go aftermarket, the stock cooler, though loud, works fine.

Overall the Hyper 212 EVO, great cooler, with your budget if going water cooling the Seidon 120 works well, I currently have one on my 8370/Crosshair (in sig)

well , i will not overclock , i want to change the cpu cooler because i want cooler temps , i normally have 70c when im playing

The cool master hyper 212evo will do fine if your not ocing and will still allow you to get I low to mid overclock later if you decide to.

4.6 is about as high as I take them with the EVO, which is a pretty good OC, and have done over a 100 builds with the EVO using SB, IB and Haswell CPUs

If you're not going to OC, I'll echo the sentiments of the rest of the guys with the Hyper 212 Evo being a great balance between performance and cost.

You could extend to this which I personally own and love. This is different to ANY other AIO cooler on the market bar the TD03-E which is the 120mm rad version.
