[SOLVED] Best CPU for RPCS3 Emulator?

hey everybody
which one is the best one for RPCS3?
AMD 3800x
Intel 9700k
Intel 8700k
and what about the second place?

both are good , but emulating is always a heavy task , id rather a 3800x for the motherboard selection and more options , 9700k is also comparable , honestly , go for which is cheaper , 3800x or 9700k
