Question Best custom 2080ti with a "reasonable" price?

I am planning(=forced) to change my 1080ti as there's something wrong with both the HDMI and DP plug so I get the cold boot everyday.

I was looking at the 2080ti options but there's quite a lot and I'm not honestly sure on which one would be best on both performance side and money value(they're all overpriced, but stil...).

Could you please suggest me a few custom 2080ti worth the value or close enough?

Isn't it still under warranty? Most GPU makers have a 2 or 3 year warranty on their new cards. Given that the release date of the 1080Ti was March 2017...
