The pre-Vulkan 456.71 or 456.98 are the fastest ones after the last updates to address security vulnerabilities, so that Windows 10 will not immediately replace them. Technically the best performance in DX11 was from even older 442.59, and anything after 452.06 can suffer from stuttery videos in Chrome including Youtube. You'll have to read the release notes to see if any bugfixes after those are worth some reduced performance
