Nice list to beginning a hunt for your free sync monitor...also not that some of these monitors are already a lower price since this post was made. look around for better lower priced free sync monitors. but this is a good starting point. xD

I just want to state that asus has a 5 + dead pixel policy.
meaning you wont get away with a new screen if ur monitor has less than 5 dead pixels.

Unless you are lucky and Asus is kind to you, but they are not forced to give you a new screen..you will get an replaced and repaired screen if ur lucky...

@socialgamer It also must be noted Iiyama has new FreeSync IPS monitors - namely the XUB2792QSU, XB2788QS and the X2788QS. Why Iiyama falls under radar is beyond me.

Acer GN246HL is an affordable best gaming monitor which enables you to get stunning 3D graphics and gives a fantastic resolution of 1080p.It is highly recommend to PC Gamer, Xbox or PS4 user.

we have new models equivalent to AOC G2460PQU with free sync available where they tested/compared ? why we have that lg monitor there , is a good monitor that is not available to purchase

You should definitely add the AOC G2460PF instead of the G2460PQU, it is overall better and it supports FreeSync as well. Very recommended and it's also recommended here: http://www.144hzmonitors.com/best-gaming-monitor/

It's strange that DPI (dots per inch) are never taken into account of monitor quality evaluation. With higher DPI monitor there is no need to enable the expensive anti-aliasing and the image quality is improved a lot. My personal choice is 110 DPI, as found on 27" monitors @ 2560x1440. It means the pixels has only 0.233 millimeters in size. When you get used to this DPI you will find the 92 DPI shown in FHD 24" monitors ugly and unpleasant, with this 0,277 mm. As reference, a FHD, 5.2" smartphone has around 424 DPI and 0,060mm pixel size.

I prefer 163 in 3840x2160 at 27". I don't care what you idiots say. Do you even OWN a damn 4K monitor or are you regurgitating the same BS you read online without ever using one? I don't need to pay $400 more for 32" 4K when 27 will do. I don't need to scale the desktop either. My eyes are just fine and I can read text. I just zoom on websites if I need to. And I don't buy any panel unless it's true 10-bit. FRC is a scam and the person who made it should be shot.
