I'm going for the Asus Maximus Formula with the Q6600 pretty soon.

Good for overclocking. Lights tell you about the correct voltages etc. Good reviews. Simple to setup. X38 compatible. DDR2 cheap memory. 2 x 16 for dual ATI graphic cards. (each card runs at full x16 speed) (I'm looking to get 2 x the latest ATI cards when they come out.) Or you can of course have simply one card - ati or nvidia. etc.

Comes with a few little extras.
