Question Best Possible CPU?

I currently have an Intel Core i7-860 in my system. It uses socket LGA1156, my question is is there a better cpu I an put in my system or do I have the best one I can get? Thanks in advance.

What is the motherboard model exactly?

The 860 is close to the top, but you may be able to chuck in a Xeon. I believe some of the Xeons from that generation has 6 cores and 12 threads.

You have the best cpu for gaming from that socket I believe the 870 would not be worth upgradin to even though its slightly faster.
