Best printer for feeding photo paper

I have an Epson WF-8510 and it has a 20 sheet rear feeder for photo paper but its very poor even from new. can any recommend a better printer for freeding paper and why ?

Printers can be very finicky what paper (stock) it wants. I haven't owned a printer over a decade but whatever printer you are interested in, check out the reviews and see what people say about using third-party (because you want the most economical replacement) stocks.

If this is an old printer, it may want a cleaning of the feed path.
