Best Processor for asus p5kplam/ps

Hello,
i have Pentium e5200 and asus geforce gt210 1gb
ddr3 and two GB ram . games like ghost recon future soldier is running slow so, i want to upgrade my processor and ram.Please suggest which is best processor for my mobo asus p5kplam/ps lga 775.

Core 2 Quad Q9650 is the best CPU with an BIOS update.

The RAM your motherboard supports is DDR2 PC2-5300, DDR2 PC2-6400, DDR2 PC2-8500, DDR2 (non-ECC) and the maximum it supports is apparently 4GB (2x2GB).

You should also consider upgrading your GPU if you want to play the game maxed out at decent resolutions.

They're no longer being made but you may be able to find a used one.

Doesn't mean you can't buy it off someone on eBay. Make sure your BIOS support it first though!
