My system is restarting automatically.everything in my system are new.I think it is my psu is the problem(Corsair vs650w).planning to buy 750-850w psu my thought is to buy coolermaster V750w or corsair hx850i.

Please suggest me Whcich psu should i buy for my rig,

2.Gigabyte Z97hd3 mobo.
3.Corsair vengeance12gb RAM(8+4)(future planing to upgrade to 32gb)
4.Gigabyte Gtx 1070 g1 gaming.
5.250gb Hdd (5400rpm) + 1tb Hdd(7200rpm).
6.No optical drive(planing to buy a bluray drive)
7.3 cooler master sickle flow 120mm fan
8.cm hyper 103 cpu cooler
9.Corsair vs650w.

Between the two, I'd go with the V650 because the Corsair HX series is a rather premium product that carries a high price. They are both very high quality power supplies that will last you for years to come.

I agree. If OP ever upgrades his system, hopefully he'll go with a 1xxx series GPU which is much more efficient than the 9xx series. Because of this, a 520w PSU will happily run a GTX 1080 STRIX.

500w is enough for a 9xx as well.

Yes but the load of an aftermarket 980ti at load will likely cause the PSU fan to kick up. I usually get a power supply that's powerful enough to not do that.

Then how much watt psu should i buy.
Suggest me tier 1 psu.

What is the actual reason for my pc to shutdown and restarting automatically is this because Of my psu.

Try this : http://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator

Outervision is pretty bad.

Didn't know that how bout this : http://www.coolermaster.com/power-supply-calculator/

Worse. You shouldn't use PSU calculators.

Thank you guys.On cooler master website it shows 440w on load.
Should i go for cooler master v650 or corsair hx750i.

Wait a minute!!! Did you actually do any tests or is it your guess that the psu is playing up???
Did you do any paperclip test or attach any substitutes???

WeberTechTips: How to check your power supply using a multimeter.

WeberTechTips: Why you shouldn't trust software voltage readings.

When checked with digital multimeter the +12v have 11.83v.but when playing games the voltage drops to 11.5v and after few mins the system shuts off and restarted.ran mem diagnosis no problem in RAM.

Thank you guys Im going with coolermaster v650.
Helped me a lot.
Is 650 watt enough for me i wont overclock anything.may be will add RAM upto 32 gb or 28gb and a bluray drive.

11.5V is far too low. I'm willing to bet that your power supply is the source of the issue.
