Nevermind the prices, in my country I have everything at msrp. Just tell me what you think, and I'll post an intel system later. Thanks for the help! (Some may not agree about the mobo, but I'm buying it because b550 is like 30 dollars cheaper).

Don't worry, 1650 super is in stock here.

Drop GTX 1650 super from that list. It is $200 card. You're paying more than double for it.

Get some cheap placeholder card instead - like GT 1030.
Get GTX 1650 super, when they return to normal prices.

The 11400f /non-f is the best option. The difference between the 11400f and the 5600x is inconsequential. You can also get a motherboard with the 11400f to fit your budget so you can get 16gb of RAM. Budget = 11400f until the 5600x /5600 is 200 dollars.

The security gaps that you speak of are almost all patched or require access to the computer that is impossible for most people or requires them to be there in person. Intel specifically with the 11400f at below 200 dollars ties with performance, specs, but wins, in my opinion, in value (190 vs 300 for the same performance),in architecture (Intel's 10nm is denser than TSMC 7nm), and loses in power consumption.

In my, and most people who build budget systems, opinion prefer the 11400f over the 3600 or 5600x because currently AMD has no option in this price segmentation that can compete in performance and price.

I mean if you want to get the 5600x because you believe its the right choice for you, go for it. We just feel to save money for similar performance the 11400f is the way to go. Support the brands you believe in if that is what makes it worth it to you.

There is a huge price difference in the US 180-190 for the 11400f and 290-340 for the 5600x. If there is such a small gap in price where you are in the UAE then get the processor that has the better platform for your use case.

The price difference on cpu's in the US vs UAE is minimal at best.

The problem is that the 11400f is better in almost every respect than a 3600. Let my try my had at a UAE build

pcpartpicker only uses newegg for parts but I was able to throw together a very compelling build right at the budget line. This build has no PSU, however, there is about 375 dhs left for one in the budget or approximately 100 dollars. I would say getting a 650 watt gold rated either semi or fully modular PSU from a decent brand for 100 is not easy but not hard either. Anything from corsair, seasonic would do well. Link me some other sites you can get parts from so I can look at their PSU's and pick one for the build. Same with the Graphics card by the way, nothing listed really.

Like I said it only allowed me to use newegg. Give me links from sites that you can buy parts from so I can make a build that works.

On the intel vs amd side I have already gone over the facts, the 11400f / non-f is better and cheaper than the 3600 given its price point. The 11400f performs like the much more powerful 5600x but for nearly 50% the cost.
