[SOLVED] best under 30$ 240gb SSD or m.2?

Hey people, which ssd is the better one, my budget for this is 30$ for windows and the programs, i already got a 2tb seagate barracuda for my games and big file, or a m.2, ive also heard the m.2s get very hot.
