Best Upgrade For The Money ?

What would be the best to upgrade on my system for the money i do not play games a lot and i do not mind playing games in 720p and low but i just want it to have 30+fps on Gta v and watchdogs
i ran watch dogs and i got 20-28fps.

CPU: Amd a6 5400k 3.6ghz (overclocked to 4.2ghz) with Stock cooler
Ram: 1x4GB Corsair 1600mhz (CM3B4G1C1600L11) 1x4GB Patriot (PSD34G160081)
Gpu: 1gb shared HD7450D (IGPU) Core 760mhz Memory:800mhz
Hdd: Seagate ST500M002 Barracuda 500GB 7200rpm
Motherboard: Asus A55BM-USB3
Psu: Zalman 450gs 450watt
Budget $150

my power supply is loud could i make it quieter maybe disconnect the fan i also have no extra fans in the case so that's not it

I would say the best perceived performance boost for the buck is an SSD boot drive. Windows and apps load so much faster.

nothing else would really fit in your budget maybe ssd but it does not really provide any performance benefit besides loading stuff faster.

Only way to make PSU quieter is change the fan, search youtube for "changing PSU fan" and there is a good video showing how to put a noctua fan in a PSU. I did it too and it was the best thing I did!
