Hello again experts. I need help in getting the best UPS for my PC.

Ryzen 5 2600
B450 Mortar
16gb ddr4
R9 380 4gb (soon to be replaced with RX 570 8gb)
650 watts PSU
24 inch monitor

This pc will be used for some gaming and for my work at home. From where I live, we usually experience power outages. But its a quick one, kind of 5-15 minutes. I only need a UPS strong enough for me to shut down my pc. Thanks in advance!

Any overclocks?
if I had to guess-timate your true power consumption it will be on the high side just to play it safe. Liket eh Cyberpower Lx1500gu available at Staple & Bestbuy for $160
