[SOLVED] Best value build for a 1400p RTX 3080 build?

I finally picked up my Aorus RTX 3080 master from a local computer shop and now I'm puzzled about what I should pick for the rest of the build. I want to run 1440p max settings for years to come but I also don't really care about aesthetics that much. In terms of CPUs im pretty torn between 5900x and 5800x so if anyone would have recommendations for a build, I would appreciate it. My budget is about 3000-3500 CAD (2400-2800 USD). Also this build will be for strictly gaming and possibly streaming.

Here's another option worth considering. This set up allows you to run that cpu with the power limits turned off in the bios. It's a round a bout way of OC those cpu's .. it keeps them in turbo boost mode longer.
