Best XSplit Streaming Settings? PLZ HELP

My XSplit lags massively when I try and livestream.

I don't understand why I find it so hard to livestream. I have tried other software such as OBS and have tried using the same settings as other streamers but that does nothing. Please try and help me fix this issue.

Turn off the save recording to local hard drive.
I believe your computer isn't quite strong enough to stream AND record.
Also do you have a dedicated hard drive for the recordings to go that isn't running software off it?
