The power supply is overkill, and will accommodate a video card and some more drives if you choose to expand. 3 more memory slots too. Take out that unnecessary 80mm fan in a 120mm hole in back. The front 120mm intake is enough. Cover the side panel holes until you have a video card and/or additional 120mm fans in order to maintain positive pressure. Later you can quiet it by replacing the CPU cooler and tweaking fans/airflow.
 


The SSD would not run at peek speeds since the motherboard does not have any Sata III ports and that is a bottleneck here.

Thanks. I was aware of that but I wouldn't call it a bottleneck. I'd take a little hit in storage performance to have an FX processor.
 
The FX-8320 doesn't have an iGPU, so it can't display anything to the monitor. Either add in a gpu or switch it out for an APU.
