Question bios boot time

my bios take long time to boot my last bios time is always hang in between 10 to 11 seconds after the bios give control to windows everything running very good and fast. but the bios boot too slow i enable fast boot, chek boot priority and tried some tweaks my bios is up to date but nothing made that better, what can i do?

my specs:
windows 10 pro os
Asus B365-f mobo with
the latest 0803 bios version
i7-8700 cpu
corsair rgb pro 16 gb of ram XMP enable
gigabyte RTX 2060 6gb
storage:
wd sn500 500gb m.2 nvme ssd (boot drive)
+4tb wd blue hdd
+16gb intel optane that accelarate the hdd

please just give me ANYTHING that could make the bios boot faster

Right click on your taskbar, choose Task Manager and go to the Startup tab. Disable any programs you don't need starting up automatically when Windows first loads.

but windows boot time is perfectly fine the bios post and boot time is the problem
