I'm building my first PC, and running into trouble. When I plugged it all in, the motherboard lit up, but I couldn't get a display on my monitor, and nothing else happened: no fans, no noise, no other lights. I can't confirm if the power button on the tower works, because the only visual I have is the light-up logo on the MOBO. At first, the BIOS flashback light was solid red. I tried to update the BIOS, and now the LED doesn't come on at all.
I've tested the PSU, and it works. The CPU had some bent/broken pins, so I'm getting that replaced. I'm trying to troubleshoot the DIMM and stuff, but without display or flashback, I'm limited in what I can do. I'm about to just return and replace the whole mobo, but want to avoid that if it's actually working, Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I have:
MOBO: ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-core
SSD: Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSD 1TB NVMe M.2
DIMM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 16GB (8x2) 3200MHz
PSU: Thermaltake Smart 600W
GSU: EVGA GeForce RTX 2060 KO Ultra Gaming
Don't know if the tower and monitor info are necessary, but I can post them below if they are. Monitor works when plugged into my laptop, so I've confirmed that. Got the graphics card off a friend when he upgraded, so there shouldn't be a problem with it in that regard.
EDIT: The Q-LEDs do nothing. When I take the BIOS update flashdrive out and turn the mobo back on, the flashback light is solid red again.

If you return the motherboard for a replacement, can you return the PSU too? These are not the specs of something that should be run on a very cheaply made, group-regulated unit.

Hard to say more without a CPU with the pins intact.
So I'm actually going to close this question and open a different one. I took all the components out to trouble shoot, and when I put it back together, everything started up. Only problem now is that I can't get my monitor to display anything, but all the lights/fans are working. I must've wired something wrong, since I built it with a pretty high fever.
Still going to replace the CPU because there's a broken pin, but yea. Major problem fixed itself, now just a minor one.
