Note: This does not happen with peripherals

Hello everyone, my system's specs are as follows:

Processor: Intel (tm) Core (tm) i5-2400 (Sandy Bridge, 2nd Generation) Quad-Core @ 3.10 ghz
Graphics Card: Nvidia (tm) GTX (tm) 1050ti @ 4GB VRAM
Drive 1: Sandisk SDSSDH3512G
BIOS: American Megatrends, Revision 1701, Build Date: 8/6/2014
Operating Systems: Linux-Based Operating System, Windows 10 Professional 10.0.19044 Build 19044, Version 21H2
Memory: 3gb x 4 (12 GB) DDR3 1333 mhz

Whenever a USB drive is plugged into any USB port on the system, upon a reboot the system will freeze at the logo. Whenever a USB drive is plugged in while in the BIOS settings, it freezes for 5 seconds then continues.

This was quite a weird issue, but the issue has been solved. Previously, there were 12 ghost boot options in the boot menu (operating systems that the BIOS thinks exist but they don't exist). By deleting them with a program called EasyUEFI, all my USB drive issues have been solved.
