I recently got a new motherboard and cpu (becuase my last cpu had an issue and my friend gave me his old parts) my cpu jumps to 100% load when i open anything, I saw a lot of stuff online about overheating but my CPU's temp is fine and after some research I think I might need a new bios version or something like that ( I dont really understand this stuff too much) if I looked at the right thing then my bios version is F6.
