[SOLVED] Bios help

I downloaded the bios on a USB (msi B550M Pro-VDH WIFI) so I can do a flash, but I open the file on notebook will the cause any sort of mess up. I redownload, reformatted the usb, and renamed it to MSI.ROM but it still have the notebook logo on it.

No the problem is I have it on a USB stick but I opened it in notebook and the notebook icon is the new icon after deleting the file and re setting the usb it still shows the notebook book logo is that a problem

no it shouldn't be a issue, you should be able to go into the bios and update still. as long as you haven't altered anything
