See below for progress. I got into bios upon moving the ram stick from a2 and b2 to just one stick in a1, my second ram stick is not being recognized, and I can't boot directly to windows (always starts at post > bios)
Specs:
Motherboard: Asus ROG strix b450-f
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700
Graphics card: XFX Radeon RX 580
PS: Xion 630W
Drive: Samsung 850 Evo SSD
Ram: 2x8 gb Corsair vengeance LPX DDR4

All fans, all lights (even Ethernet gets connection) and Mobo turn on, but there is a yellow light on the top right of the mobo signaling a DRAM error.

Upgrading from an AMD fx 6300 (2012) so not sure if the old bios on my ssd is preventing new Mobo from posting bios.

USB devices aren't working, not sure if bios needs to post to be able to use them.

My power supply is a 4 pin connector and the mobo is an 8 pin input.

All parts are new (graphics card and SSD bought new within the last 2 weeks, Mobo, CPU, and ram are all brand new) except the power supply and tower.

If any more information needed please reply with feedback, suggestions, previous similar experiences, and knowledge.

I have a 2600 (OC'd to 4 GHz) on an Asus ROG Strix B450-F (on BIOS 3003).
What BIOS version were you using before updating and what version did you update to ?
Also did you Load Optimized Defaults (then save and exit) the BIOS Before you updated to a newer version ?

Previously I could not boot BIOS at all. Now I have the ram in a different slot (a1 instead of a2) and bios boots, I can get into windows. My issue is now that,
Even though my default boot setting is to my SSD, upon restart it automatically starts at post and gives me options to go into bios. I want to load directly to windows.
I have not updated the bios, I'm currently running 2605 x64 (August 6 2019)

Help?

See above. Should I update my bios? If so, what should I change afterwards? My second 8gb ram stick isn't being recognized either, it's in slot b1.
