BIOS not showing correctly? Gigabyte 970a-ds3p

Hi all

I've had this problem for some time now! And it's finally come to me wanting to actually use the BIOS.

I've tried resetting the CMOS, nothing.

Ideas?

f2 is the current bios level, but it does not seem to fix your issue, so I would not flash the bios.
A failed flash can brick your motherboard.

Since the bios seems readable, I would just put up with it.
My guess is that the motherboard is failing.

I was trying to change SSD to AHCI, my PC randomly freezes (music/sound stops, webpages freeze, games sometimes freeze, but mouse moves).

Someone seems to think it could be Hard Drive issue?

With the image you presented, I think it is a graphics adapter problem.
What graphics card do you have?

I have the new RX 480 8GB OC version, drivers all installed

That image was like that with my R9 280 Gigabyte

Since you have used two different cards, that would seem to eliminate the adapter as the issue.
Now, I think you are looking at a motherboard problem.

You should probably buy a better 990fx motherboard, particularly if you overclock at all.

I don't really overclock to be honest. The motherboard is probably about 1 year old maybe a little more.
