Uhhh, to change the CPU frequency, FSB memory clock mode to Manual.
Remember, its the CPU multiplier x FSB to get a speed. (Divide QDR by 4 for the FSB value.)
So 3.0 Ghz speed, you'd need to change the QDR to 1333. (333 FSB) So thats 333 x 9 = 2997 Mhz.
Make sure you also, in the same area of the bios, you change the FSB Memory Ratio to sync mode. This will make your RAM run with the FSB.
Sync mode will mean that each stick per channel is running at the FSB speed for a total of double the FSB.
Its all in the second to last screen shot you took.
Last thing.. down load and run either core temp, or real temp, and look for the VID, then list it here, please??
Thanks!
