bios settings

Hi

I have a home built computer with abit kt7 board.

It has a award bios v6.00Pg. Could someone please tell me what bios settings
I should have?

I have 768MB of RAM and a 1200 cpu running win XP sp1.

Well, there's standard, advanced, power management, etc. Individually,
probably a close to 500 different settings.

What speed of ram (cas,etc,). Which 1200 cpu? There's several. Sorry, I
don't do windows.
