Question Bios Stuck in Automatic Repair

My PC restarted one day when I was playing games. Then BIOS starts ups. Won't let me press tab or delete. After that it was Preparing Automatic Repair, then goes to a blank blue screen saying. "Your PC did not start correctly" I tried resetting it but it says my password is wrong.
