[SOLVED] Bios Update Gpu not recognised anymore

How do i fix this ?
I helped a friend of mine to update his bios.
After the Bios update, the vga led turned white and stayed on. Which wound like an probanly easy to fix problem because the gpu worked fine before.
Well after a day of Trouble Shooting downgrading the bios clearing cmos etc... we at some point decided to try out an old gpu of his which worked.
So i am confused we tried everything to fix the issue it didnt work but with another gpu it bootet right up.
How come that it recognises the old gpu but not the new one, even tho it worked before??
What could be the issue???
System:
Msi B650 gaming plus wifi
Rx 7900gre
Ram corsair 30cl 6000mhz rgb
Corshair 850w psu
Cpu Ryzen 7800x3d

do you have the system along with the problematic GPU in your possession now for troubleshooting?

if not, have the owner create an account here and directly communicate with the forum.

Your right with that normaly but he really doesnt understand that much about pcs and well i will do everything with him remotely i hope you still help me

For an instance u could state your idea we did really much troubleshooting so i would probably be able to answer what happens in many scenarios. I only ask the question here because im wondering how an bios update can cause well the malfunktion of and gpu or the maonboard rejecting a specific card or lets say modern cards.

what specific model PSU?
what specific "old GPU"?
how is the "old GPU" receiving power(8pin, PCIe direct, etc)?
does the new RX work properly in another motherboard?
what PCIe settings are set in the BIOS?
did you reset CMOS after the BIOS update?
have you tried removing current graphics data with DDU?

Corsair rm 850
Gt 730
Not receiving power from 8pin so pcie direct
Dont have a station to test the gpu in another Motherboard but it worked perfectly before the update the pins look fine and it wasnt changed when the problem first accured (it accured directly after the bios update.
Yes reset the cmos
Also reset all settings after entering bios with igpu
This i havent tried how do i do it or what exactly does it ???

And i cant enter the bios with the card can drivers even influence the gpu before boot ?

without the availability of alternate hardware to test with, the only option may be taking the system to a repair shop and having them test each component individually.

if you are referring to running DDU(Display Driver Uninstaller);
download it and run it from Windows Safe Mode.
choose to remove all available data.

there are few different variations of the basic RM series.
some higher end, some lower.

the year it was manufactured can make a significant difference in the quality.
this can affect how well it delivers power through the 8pin cables and/or how likely it is to malfunction.

Well ofc i have severall systems where i could test it on but not right now im not home. Holliday xD.
Run ddu didnt make a diference.
I can only tell u that the psu is brand new so i think it was manufactured not long ago
