Motherboard: GIGABYTE B450M S2H

BIOS VERSION: F60e WG

Context: PC is a prebuilt. I have downloaded the correct version and it still doesn't go. I'm not sure what to do, that's basically the problem. I've tried the simple troubleshooting, reinstalling windows, trying to see if it's the correct model, that's all verified. I want to say before others say it: I have researched before and even now and I've tried to troubleshoot on my own for nearly half a day now.

What is the problem and are you looking for bios?
Do you have the correct Rev 1.x to install the bios you want?

I want to perform a CPU swap, for that, I need to update my BIOS. Currently, I've tried multiple things and what I think is everything possible for troubleshooting. This was a prebuilt and when the system boots up it says Terra, the manufacturer of this prebuilt, and not Gigabyte.

Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M S2H
Version: F60e WG

Troubleshooting done:
  • Followed every step from link above
  • verified x10000000 if it was the correct model of the MOBO, etc, etc
  • reinstalled windows
  • installed latest chipset
  • clear CMOS
  • tried previous versions even without being the most recent BIOS update
  • used USB pen drive
  • used @bios from Gigabyte

My "theory" from what I've gathered over yesterday, the whole day troubleshooting, is that the BIOS is a custom version from Terra, the place that sold me this prebuilt, and by consequence I cannot flash a new version of the BIOS from the Gigabyte website. So what can I do?

There isn't bios ''F60e WG'' for this motherboard
take a screenshot your motherboard with your smartphone and upload to see who is

What can you do?
1. If you still have a warranty on what they sold you, talk to them and they will fix it.
2. If the warranty has expired, collect all the drivers from the hardware it has, install Windows cleanly from scratch and do it the way you want, not the ones who sold it to you.

In the explanation above of the steps that I've followed I've already said I performed a clean installation of windows even a CMOS battery reset.
