Biostar P4M900-M4 Decent Overclocking?

I was just wondering if the P4M900-M4 could get a P4 2.0a Ghz CPU to 2.5Ghz. I've read it has no voltage control, is this true?

My Google sense says that is true, and if you're trying to reach a certain speed with so-and-so motherboard, you'll need all the control you can get. Why are you picking this particular mobo btw?
