New Biostar tb360 BTC pro 2.0, plus the following
  • i5 8400 + stock heatsink + fan
  • Corsair Hx1000
  • Kingston Valueram DDR4 2666
  • HDMI to DVI cable
  • VGA cable
Steps
  1. Install all above
  2. Plugged the 24 pin + 8pin CPU + CPU fan
  3. BIOS reset (via Jumper)
  4. PSU connected to power
  5. Turn the hard switch on at the back of PSU - tried a different PSU no difference
Problem
  • Mobo switched on automatically even when power jumper is not connected (CPU fan is on, PSU fan is on)
  • No display, not even BIOS screen tried
    • from Mobo, monitor from digital input and analogue input
    • from GPU on PCIe (Radeon rx580 powered from PSU), monitor from digital input and analogue input
Things Tried So far
  • Checked the usual, e.g. RAM plugged in properly
Help please!!!

i have maybe a solution for you

first i think is because you don't have a graphic card , because normaly , the processor dos not have graphic interface and it can't show anything on the screen , so i think you need a graphic card .Am going to buy a graphic card on alibaba

Hi,

HELP Please

I got same issue. I have GPU and even try using the VGA but still not showing a display. I even reset the BIOS but still not helping. Seems like both display and Input/Keyboard are both not working

Thank you
