I'm at a loss here folks,
So I recently installed Windows 11 from a clean install and have had a bizarre issue which is kind of hard to explain, but I'll do my best. When I try out BF2042 my experiences will be stuttery, and lag filled and when using my keyboard and mouse for movement it's like it's got a mind of its very own. If I press the W key once it'll keep moving me forward for three or more seconds despite only pressing it for like a second and it'll then randomly have me move right as if I pressed the D key. Everything in Windows seems slow and laggy when I start up the game, basically, I can't press ESC to go into the menu so I press the Windows key and it won't register the right click at all. I noticed to before upgrading to Windows 11, I was using 10 and for some reason, it would constantly be indicating that I was pressing the up arrow and moving around the UI as if I was controlling it, but I wasn't.
I have tried a different keyboard but I was still getting the same, I just can't figure out what's causing it to be honest. I'm at a loss, anyone has any ideas?
My system for note:
Windows 11
i9 13900KF
32GB DDR5 5600MHz
GeForce RTX 4090.
