Question Black borders on monitor

What are those black borders at edge on each side, i swear to god i didnt have them, i just normally booted pc yesterday and they appeared and are present now. Tried changing resolutions and refresh rates and changing Amd software settings but nothing changed.
monitor is Fujitsu B-15 Eco
i5 2320, rx 550 4gb, mb H61M, 2x4 Kingston 1600 mhz, ps Falcon 450l, Toshiba 1tb hard

Are you connecting by HDMI? Sounds like an overscan/underscan issue.

Im using Dvi-D single
and inside amd software i only have 3 options for display
Gpu scaling - Disabled
Scaling mode - Perserve aspect ratio
Integer Scaling - Not Supported

Try the monitor’s OSD menu. Look through the picture adjustment options.

I looked thru OSD every single option multiple times, on image adjustment is only option to change sharpness, i even did "factory recall" option but nothing happened, only thing that changed is this blue indicator next to buttons became yellow
