Black lines on screen while playing games?

I have a Samsung SE510C Series S24E510C - 24" VA LED-backlit LCD monitor

While playing CSGO I had noticed that there is black lines that are moving up. This happens when I'm in a darker area in a map. I tried it on Left for dead 2 and it's the same.

sounds like a fault with your monitor mate. can you try a different screen? preferably with the same output lead.

it's frustrating because I just got this screen, I'm using a VGA connector, should I try a HDMI?

Try HDMI or DVI or DisplayPort. VGA is analog and is subject to interference which may be the issue in your case.

I've changed the VGA to HDMI and it's working GOOD!! Thanks lads
