black screen, fans run but no start lights, hdd spins can i retreave the hdd info ?

gateway intel core i3 desktop Win 10 on start i hear hdd start but no start button light, has black screen but fans and hdd start, keyboard and mouse light up. Can i get the information from this hard drive to another duplicate I have mounted inside of the desktop ?

You should be able to see everything and do anything to it if you mount it in another machine providing it's working right,

Upgraded to 10.1 Gateway intel core i3 desktop DX4870 on start i hear hdd try to start but no white start button light or flashing white light , has black screen but fans run, keyboard and mouse lights and runs. Can i get this pc to boot up or see it on the monitor again or can i the recover the full hdd information from this original hard drive to another exact 500gb duplicate I have mounted inside the pc by the old one, and how ? I do not see the wires to hook it up.
