Black screen for 5 seconds after 3D gameplay

Hi guys,
I'm looking for some help. In most games, after ~5 minutes of actual 3D gameplay, my screen will go black for 5 seconds and come back up with the same performance as before. (Frustrating in online games)
I'm wondering if anybody else has had this problem and what I can do to fix it.
I have 2 GTX 560 Ti's. (I have tried GPU1, 2 and on SLI all separately and still happens every time.)

Also running Windows 7 in 64 bit. (I just had a thought of turning of Aero or whatever will get back to you guys)

Try upgrading your drivers to the latest beta version, probably it will fix that.

If your gpus are overclocked, try running them at stock speeds, check if the temps aren't going too high.
