Question Black Screen on new pc build

Hello I recently built a New pc and whenever I start the pc it has a chance of just going into a black screen that does not go away untill I turn the pc off, once I turn it back on again it sometimes will still have the black screen but most of the time it just starts perfectly fine after that it gets pretty annoying and I was wondering if anyone has any solutions to the problem

CPU: Ryzen 7 2700
GPU: ZOTAC RTX 2060 AMP
Ram: 16GB Trident Z RGB DDR4
Motherboard: MSI B450M Pro-M2 Max Micro ATX
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64x
