Question Blank Screen After turning Secure Boot On

I was trying to turn on Secure boot on (for valorant) and I messed up with platform keys (I think). Now when I turn on the PC I have a blank screen. No logo, no post screen nothing. I tried jumping the cmos pins, tried removing the cmos battery but nothing is working out. I now want to flash a new bios but can't find how to do it with blank screen.

My specs are as below:

- AMD Ryzen5 5600X
- Biostar B550MH Mother Board
- 32 GB Lexar RAM 3200 MHz (DDR 4)
- 512 GB Lexar SSD NVme
- 2 TB HDD 7200 RPM
- NVIDIA GeForceGTX 1070 8 GB
